We collect your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and identity document details for verification. If you deposit via UPI or Paytm, the associated VPA or wallet ID is also recorded solely to process and reconcile your transactions.

We share data only with payment processors such as Paytm and PhonePe to complete transactions, and with regulated identity-verification services during account opening. Your data is never sold to marketing companies or unaffiliated third parties.

Financial transaction records, including UPI deposits and withdrawal confirmations, are kept for the period required under applicable Indian financial and tax regulations. Once that mandatory period expires, the records are deleted from our systems on a scheduled basis.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings → Privacy and select 'Download My Data'. You will receive a structured export within five working days. Alternatively, email our privacy team with your account ID and we will process the request directly.
